I am a Real Estate Investor. Two of my favorite investment strategies are Rent-to-own and Apartment Building Investments.
With the Rent-to-own business, we purchase a home for a tenant/buyer who has good income but needs some help with their credit. They lease the home from us for above market rent, while we work with them to re-establish their credit. At the end of the 1-5 year term, they have the option to buy the home from us at a fixed, higher price. It's a win-win situation for everyone. The tenant is able to lease a home they will eventually own right away, while rebuilding their credit at the same time. The investor benefits greatly by owning a safer, high-yield investment that provides monthly cash-flow, and a large payout at the end of the term.
Apartment building investments allow investors to purchase premium long term assets that not only provide excellent monthly cash-flow, but also appreciate over time, building large amounts of wealth. Apartment building investments are how most people escape the rat-race and effectively no longer require their day jobs. As a business, and a successful entrepreneur, there is no better strategy than purchasing top quality, low maintenance, high yield, cash-flowing assets. The more you buy, the richer you become.
